As a former competitive athlete, I have a lot of experience with performance sport and the training sessions to it. This knowledge in combination with various courses such as Fit!Vak PT, Sports & Nutrition, Obesity, Food Addiction and Behavioral Change means that I can work on improving every level (young / old). As a trainer & coach, I know how important it is to exercise. Unfortunately, sometimes there are circumstances that make you unsuccessful working out by yourself. My name is Kristina and I’m a personal trainer at Change= Health Club.
I’m 23 years old and I moved to Holland after completing my Kinesiology (science of movement) degree in Slovenia. The potential of human body fascinates me and I believe that everyone should be given an opportunity to experience the full potential of their strength and ability.
My sports background is very diverse and includes many things, amongst which are also competitive mountain running, climbing and dancing. Love for movement led me to becoming a fitness professional, showing others that becoming healthy(/ier) and improving your quality of life doesn’t have to be boring and demotivating. I deliver trainings using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strength training, while keeping it fun. Whatever your goal is, whether improving your fitness, losing weight or just needing someone to help you start your journey, I can help in a safe, effective and entertaining way. I am also specialized in women’s training in pre- and postnatal period and therefore helping with issues as incontinence, diastasis, back pain etc.

Partly due to my Sports & Exercise training, I have become increasingly interested in fitness. With the loss of football, this interest became bigger and bigger. As a result of which I started to work more and more hours in the gym in addition to the training.

Sport and exercise is my driving force. Not only personally but also to motivate someone else. In 5 years I have gained a lot of experience. I have worked with different target groups and age categories. Not everyone starts at the same level and everyone has their own goals. I am Maarten Middelkoop and I work at Change = 24/7 health club as a personal trainer, dietician & assistant manager.

Fitness and nutrition have been my interests for as long as I can remember. For this reason, I have been actively sporting in a team and in the gym from an early age. I have managed to turn my hobby into my work. I completed my bachelor studies to become a dietitian at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. During my studies I completed a second course of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Here I was trained as a personal trainer. Currently I have been working in sports for a number of years.

I find it important to teach my clients what the reasoning behind the training is so that you are consciously working on yourself. I teach you to achieve your goals by using scientific (and in practice) proven training techniques. Would you like to try a free training or just have a cup of coffee? I am Rijk Overgoor, 23 years old and working as a personal trainer at Change = 24/7 Healthclub.

Sports and especially fitness have always been an outlet for me. It has brought me a lot in life. In addition to the physical benefits, it also has many mental benefits. This is what I really want to convey to others. In addition to my Sports and Exercise courses (Trainer / Coach) and Fit!vak, I have gained the most experience in practice. Doing an internship, training a lot and giving a lot of training to others have made me the trainer that I am today.

I adjust the training to your goals and wishes. Not everyone needs to have a six pack or stand on the stage as a bodybuilder. I am happy to help you achieve your goals!
